The United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Kansas announced on April 6 that its Case Management/Electronic Case Files (CM/ECF) system will be offline from 5:00 PM on Friday, April 10, 2026, until 9:00 AM on Monday, April 13, 2026. The downtime is due to scheduled maintenance.

This temporary outage will affect users who need to view or file documents through the Kansas Bankruptcy Court’s CM/ECF system. Access to court documents via PACER will also be unavailable during this period.

According to the court’s announcement, those with time-sensitive or emergency filings during the outage may submit their documents by email to the appropriate divisional office. The designated email addresses are KSBKC_SelfRep@ksb.uscourts.gov for Kansas City, KSBTopeka_SelfRep@ksb.uscourts.gov for Topeka, and KSBWichita_SelfRep@ksb.uscourts.gov for Wichita. These accounts are monitored during regular business hours and emails received will be timestamped accordingly.

For questions or assistance while the system is offline, individuals can contact the Clerk’s Office at each location: Kansas City at 913-735-2110; Topeka at 785-338-5910; and Wichita at 316-315-4110.

The court expects full service to resume when maintenance concludes on Monday morning.
