Case Management/Electronic Case Files (CM/ECF) for the Bankruptcy Court for the District of Kansas is facing technical problems. The National Program Office is working to fix the issue. Officials have stated that an announcement will be made once the problem has been resolved.

“We will post an announcement when a resolution is in place,” court representatives said.

Kansas Bankruptcy Court announces CM/ECF system outage for scheduled maintenance in April

The U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Kansas has announced a planned outage of its electronic filing system from April 10–13 due to maintenance. Users needing urgent filings can use special email addresses provided by each divisional office.

Kansas City Bankruptcy Clerk’s Office to close early on April 7

The Bankruptcy Clerk’s Office in Kansas City will close early at 3:30 pm on April 7. Normal hours resume the next day, while Wichita and Topeka offices remain unaffected.
