Kansas City Bankruptcy Clerk’s Office to close early on April 7

The public counter of the Bankruptcy Clerk’s Office in Kansas City will close at 3:30 pm on April 7, according to an announcement released on Apr. 3. The office will return to its regular hours from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm on April 8.

This temporary change affects only the Kansas City location. The Wichita and Topeka offices will maintain their usual closing time of 4:00 pm on April 7.

No reason was provided for the early closure in Kansas City. Members of the public planning to visit the Kansas City office are advised to adjust their schedules accordingly.

Operations are expected to resume as normal following this one-day adjustment.
