A Kansas man has been sentenced to 30 years in prison after pleading guilty to producing child sexual abuse materials. Clell Lacy, 78, of Wichita admitted to one count of sexual exploitation of a child involving the production of child pornography.
Court documents state that in May 2024, Lacy used closed-circuit recording devices to secretly record two minor teenagers engaging in sexual acts. He then printed images from the Secure Digital (SD) card and stored them at his home. Authorities discovered these materials in August 2024 and reported them to law enforcement.
The investigation was conducted by the Wichita Police Department and the Kansas Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC). Assistant U.S. Attorney Jason Hart prosecuted the case.
